MetaIndustry4 and CTIC Fundation, together with the collaboration of the SAT Centers, analyze the current level of digitalisation and adoption of the Cluster’s industrial companies through its new e-Industry4.0 digital transformation analysis model.
e-Industria4.0, is a tool designed to analyze the current level of adoption and potential digitalization of companies based on 160 indicators, which include 7 areas of analysis: Organizational structure and strategy; Corporate management; Manufacturing processes and advanced production; Logistics; Product design; Promotion and marketing and Innovation; giving rise to four levels of answer.
This diagnosis offers the company a complete knowledge of the level of 4.0 Industry implementation and the use of the technologies in all its areas, focusing especially on the productive area. In this way, e-Industria4.0:
- It will provide a set of known reference elements that will enable:
To evaluate the degree of use of the enabling technologies in the different industrial processes.
Evaluate the degree of integration between processes / integration of the value chain, and the margin of improvement.
Identify areas for improvement, based on identified strengths and weaknesses
Identify opportunities associated with the 4.0 new industry paradigm, and its enabling technologies. - It will establish the basis for a process of accompaniment to the industrial company, which will help you to commit the proposed improvements and transformation processes.
- It will be oriented towards continuous improvement.
Based on this knowledge, the company will be able to incorporate in its strategic plans in the short, medium and long term, technological actions related to the 4.0 Industry in a strategic and orderly manner, whose purpose is to be no other than the integral improvement of the company for achieve an increase in productivity.
This project, aligned with the strategy defined by MetaIndustry4, aims to achieve a global knowledge about the positioning of the sector around the implantation and use of enabling technologies in the production centers. This information will have a high value for the identification and proposals of strategic actions that help to boost the Industry 4.0 in Asturias.
